Faith Church is excited to announce that we are switching the company we use for processing online giving. This change will offer a more convenient and efficient giving experience for our congregation. Here’s what you need to know:
The first time you give using the new method, you will be prompted to enter your name, email, and payment method. Don’t worry; all your other existing information, such as your address and birthdays, will be imported seamlessly.
Bank ACH vs CARD:
- When you give online you have two options: with your bank account or credit card. Giving either way incurs a processing fee. This goes to the company processing the transaction. (The same as if you used it anywhere, it’s worked into the price).
- When giving you have the option to either cover the fee, or have it deducted out of your gift.
- We suggest connecting with your ACH instead as it incurs less fees.
- If you currently have recurring giving set up through Planning Center or Church Center (the old method), we kindly request that you end those and set up your recurring giving through the new method. This ensures that your contributions are processed accurately.
